Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Bruchi Club account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return until it reaches our warehouse for processing.
